Our gym offers a range of resources. We have a large gym area spread across 2 rooms, a waiting area for people to chat and get to know each other before and after class, Wifi, an area for children to sit while their parents/carers attend (this is done at your own risk - we take no responsibility for the children, but think that it is important for them to be welcomed into a gym environment from a young age), and use of the space surrounding the gym.
The main gym HIIT circuit class involves a combination of body weight exercises, free weights and fixed equipment, combining functional strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
