At SWC I offer, Focused Intensity Training (F.I.T) classes, the concept behind my classes are based in scientifically proven methodologies whilst combining the training techniques found in:
- Strength training
- Body Conditioning
- High Intensity Interval Training ( H.I.I.T)
- Functional fitness
The circuits themselves use minimal machines but more traditional approach including free weights, kettle bells and body weight.
The classes enable you to achieve your goals, whether that is strength building, stamina, recovery, weight loss or toning.
All stations within the circuit can be adapted to ensure that all abilities can be accommodated, meaning that it is suitable for anyone from beginners to athletes. Anyone 13 years old and over is welcome in any class.
