Personal Training

I offer a range of Personal Training options whether that’s training individually on a 1:2:1 basis, with a friend on 2:1 or as a small group ( max. 8).

The PT sessions will be adapted and personalised depending on your overarching goals and objectives. These include anything from weight loss to increasing muscle mass and definition or focusing on an individual element of your training.

As part of the PT sessions I also offer

- Food tracking

- Nutritional advice

- Measurements

These will be adapted to your own requirements
